Art. 1
FEVE, the European Association of Container Glass, having its registered office at 89 Avenue Louise, B-1050 Brussels, is organising a contest without obligation to purchase entitled "Glass adds class".
This contest begins on Monday 31 January 2011 and will end on 15 March 2011. The contest is only available at www.friendsofglass.com.
Art. 2
The objective of the contest is to gather the most Facebook 'likes' for a photo of a beautifully set table with glass objects on it.
Participants must upload via the website www.friendsofglass.com an illustration of a beautifully set table on which many glass objects can be seen. In addition, they must add a brief personal description of the photo (when was it taken?, where?, why this photo?) and fill in a contact form (first name, family name and e-mail address).
The submitted photos must satisfy the following technical conditions:

Only fully completed contact forms with brief description will be regarded as valid.
The participation forms (= contact form + photo) must be sent in by 15 March 2011 at the latest.
Art. 4
The participants are invited to have as many friends, acquaintances and family members as possible vote on the photo they send in. The owner of the photo with the most votes on 15 March 2011 at midnight will be the winner. All decisions made by the organisers on this shall be without recourse.
Art. 5
The contest prize is a gift certificate worth 300€, which can be used in an (online) shop where products of at least one of the following brands are sold. The organiser itself will determine which shop is chosen, as a function of the winner´s country of origin.

These prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged and cannot be converted into cash.
Art. 6
Only a single prize shall be awarded per family whose members live under the same roof. The winners will be personally notified at the latest before 31/03/2011.
Art. 7
In the event of abuses, deception or fraud, the organisers expressly reserve the right to simply exclude the involved participant(s) from participation in this and/or other contests.
Art. 8
The contest participants retain the copyright on the photos they send in. However, through their registration and participation the participants declare their agreement that, as part of this action, the submitted photos may be used and displayed by the company FEVE within the framework of promotional campaigns and on the Friends of Glass fanpage on Facebook, without any compensation for copyright being owed.
The name of the author will always be mentioned when a photo is used. The participants bear full responsibility for the submitted photos with regard to both privacy and copyrights.
Art. 9
The personal data which the organisers collect on the participants fall under application of article 4 § 1 of the Act of 8 December 1992 on privacy protection. They will be recorded in a file that can be passed on to third parties and/or can be used for internal use and/or direct mailing. The participants shall have free access to these data in order to correct them and/or request their deletion as applicable.
By the mere fact of his or her participation, each participant automatically and unconditionally grants permission for the publication of these data.

The contest rules can be requested via www.friendsofglass.com.
Art. 11
By registering and participating in the contest, participants undertake to accept the present rules unconditionally and completely. These rules fall under Belgian legislation and shall be interpreted and implemented in conformity with Belgian law. The court of Brussels alone shall have jurisdiction over any disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these rules.
